Privacy and participation

What this registration does

Tribe254 records your interest in a pilot or your sourcing requirement. Registration does not confirm membership, supplier verification, a quote, finance, a tender award or an order. No payment is taken on this site.

Information collected

The form records your name, email, location, optional phone number, chosen pathway and the business or sourcing details you provide. It also records consent, time of submission, a reference and any campaign source. A short-lived daily hash derived from the request source helps limit abuse. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, health information or learner records.

How the information is used

The Tribe254 operating team uses your details to understand demand, review enquiries, organise pilot groups and contact you about the pathway you selected. Optional news consent is separate. Your submission is not a public supplier listing and is not automatically broadcast to suppliers.

Sharing and service providers

Submissions are stored through the website hosting and database service. Supplier outreach and any further sharing require a defined service scope. If you choose AI brief assistance when available, the request text and broad category/location are sent to the configured AI provider to suggest a brief. The registration contact fields are not sent with that request. You must review any AI suggestion.

Campaigns and procurement briefs

Black Friday applications also record offer prices, quantities, validity, evidence descriptions and agreement to the campaign rules. Procurement briefs record project or industry requirements, policy information and approval roles. These are reviewed privately by the operating team. Campaign participation, public advertising, supplier contact sharing and purchasing authority require the relevant agreed scope and permissions. The website does not take campaign contributions or place orders.

Retention and control

Pilot registrations should be reviewed at least every 12 months and removed when no longer needed, unless an agreed service or legal requirement justifies retention. You can request access, correction, withdrawal of marketing consent or deletion by emailing tapiwa@nojobsjustwork.com, quoting your reference. The operator handles these requests; this page does not claim automatic deletion.

Before a commercial engagement

Service availability, fees, supplier checks, contracting responsibilities, payment and delivery terms will be agreed separately. A supplier’s registrations and documentary evidence must be assessed for the particular buyer and opportunity. Tribe254 does not guarantee the lowest price, regulatory approval or contract award.

Country specific requirements

The pilot begins with a Zimbabwe focus. Data handling, supplier qualification and commercial requirements must be assessed for each operating country before broader services are introduced. This notice describes the site’s present collection process and is not a claim of regulatory certification.
